zucchini/mango cilantro bread

ingredients:

• 1 cup biscuit mix
• 1 small finely chopped onion
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
• ½ teaspoon oregano
• ½ cup parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
• 4 tablespoons mange cilantro chutney (hot or mild)
• 1 mashed clove garlic
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs, slightly beaten
• 3 cups thinly sliced zucchini

cooking directions:

Mix all ingredients together, adding zucchini last after other ingredients are well mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in a greased oblong 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
