cranberry kiwi turkey cutlets

Cranberry kiwi chutney is also great with salmon, pork, sandwiches and a must for thanksgiving and christmas


• 6 turkey cutlets or
• 2 lbs ground turkey add
• 2 tnl spoons leon's cranberry kiwi chutney and mix well before making
• 6 cutlets
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil
• 1/3 cup Sauterne wine
• 1 can (2 ounce) mushrooms, drained
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 3 tablespoons water salt and pepper
• 4 tbl spoons cranberry kiwi chutney

cooking directions:

Flour cutlets if desired. Brown cutlets on both sides in oil. Lower heat, and add remaining ingredients. Cover, and simmer slowly for 15 minutes. garnish with cranberry kiwi chutney
