A slow cook down of the finest ginger and tropical fruits into a ketchup style sauce. Enjoy with chicken, fish, pasta and stir-fry. In fact anything you would put ketchup on. Try some over pound cake and even some in a cup of tea.

Ingredients: ginger, guava juice, mango juice, pineapple juice, fructose and pectin.
