This is a lovely jicama and mango based tropical latin style new salsa. A sweet and spicy concoction. We use our delicious mango cilantro chutney to flavor the finest fruit and vegetables, then the slight heat but full the full flavor of the jalapeño and serrano chilies. Great with corn chips, try some with your favorite fish or add to salads or stir-frys. Terrific with burgers and BBQ's.

Ingredients: jicama, mango, tomato, onion, cucumber, green onion, tomatillo, cilantro, guava, pineapple, lemon juice, jalapeño, serrano and vinegar.
